Ocean City Maryland may be primarily known as a summer beach town. But the town hosts a number of traditions and events all through the year. This is a preview of a few of the November offerings that are very popular and are heavily attended. These are by no means everything that you could do in Ocean City this November, but things you certainly do not want to miss.
Ocean City Storm Warrior 5K
The holidays are coming which means there’s gonna be lots of good calorie laden delicious food. So you better start working out and exercising. Wondering how to start? Well here is your chance. the Ocean City Storm Warrior 5K is taking place in early November and looks to be a fantastic way to burn off some of those calories you may be consuming later in the month. Start stretching and training.

As you would expect the storm warrior 5k supports the Ocean City Lifesaving Museum. The Ocean City lifesaving museum started in 1891 chronicles a history of life-saving efforts that have benefited the tourists and residents of Ocean City Maryland.
Turkey Trot Golf Open
Weather is cooling off from the heat of summer. This is a great time to get those clubs out and go play golf. In November in Ocean City Maryland, The Turkey Trot Golf Tournament is set to start. This is a fantastic way to go celebrate the season and enjoy a round of golf.

Christmas Cheer and Lights at Northside park and the Boardwalk
It’s November and the Christmas season in Ocean City Maryland is not too far away. Lots of incredible events will be happening this month, many which our town traditions, spreading a sense of warmth and mirth to all those that attend.
Three of those events occurring in late November 2016 in the OCMD are the Winterfest of lights, The Light Up Downtown Festival, and The Avenue Of Trees
Winterfest Of Lights
Northside Park comes to life with an array of lights and sounds to celebrate the season. Warm-up in the pavilion with some hot cocoa or enjoy the thousands of lights and displays as animated characters entertain. Don’t forget for the little ones that Santa will be there. The Winterfest of Lights event is something both adults and children enjoy, and take part in year after year.
